My career journey has provided me with diverse professional experience in project management and leadership. My career began at Kraft Foods, where I worked for 7 years. My role focused on improving global systems, developing strategies for the support organization, and helping implement new software for thousands of users worldwide. My skills in project management and process improvement were honed in the roles that followed. I also had the opportunity to work in the non-profit sector for Rotary International, which has proven invaluable in my future endeavors. My commitment to community service led me to be elected to the School District 103 Board of Education, where I currently serve as Vice President. I help oversee the district's annual budget and collaborate with district administration on strategic goals. My passion for infant health led me to co-found Milk Bank WGL, where I am the Board President. In this role, I helped secure initial capital, ensure strong fiduciary oversight, and work in partnership with the Executive Director to achieve the organization's mission. I continue to serve the milk bank as a Consultant, where I analyze and optimize operational workflows, manage the marketing department, and contribute to the grant writing process.
