The Human Milk Banking Association of North America (HMBANA) is seeking a volunteer co-editor for the next edition of Best Practice for Expressing, Storing, and Handling Human Milk in Hospitals, Homes, and Childcare Settings.
The co-editor will work collaboratively with HMBANA, the current co-editor, and subject-matter experts to guide this important evidence-based publication from planning through completion. HMBANA is seeking candidates with strong writing and editorial skills, pediatric hospital-based clinical experience or knowledge of intensive care clinical practice, and expertise in maternal and donor human milk.
This volunteer position is expected to require approximately 2–3 hours per week, with work beginning in late 2026 or early 2027.
